Dog Daycare is a great way to provide your dog with socialisation, exercise and attention – as well as being convenient and a great option if you are at work or heading out for the day!
SO WHAT IS DOG DAYCARE?? – It is a service that allows dog owners to leave their pets in a safe, fun environment whilst they are working, running errands or out for the day somewhere unsuitable for their 4 legged best friend!
Its a great way for the to interact with other friendly dogs and staff, whilst getting plenty of exercise – both of which are important for their physical and mental well-being!
HOW DOES IT WORK? – You will be asked to complete paperwork with all your dogs details beforehand, and provide evidence of vaccinations, you will also be invited to bring your dog to look around the premises and join a trial session before attending…….This is the time where you need to check that the premises have the correct licences and insurance in place. Once the meet and greet or trial session is done your dog can start attending.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? – There is alot to love about sending your dog to daycare! Its a great chance for them to socialise with other friendly, well adjusted dogs which can help them become more confident and aid in learning great social skills!
Regular playtime can help prevent boredom at home, which means theyll be less likely to develop destructive behaviours or separation anxiety!
And last but not least, when youve finished a hard day at work, theres no need to walk your dog which can be a godsend on dark, wet, winter evenings, as you can rest assured they will be nice and tired when they come home after a day at dog daycare!
